WHERE WE ARE LOCATED
We’re located in expansive and secluded grounds close to the heart of Launceston’s many restaurants and attractions, including the spectacular Cataract Gorge.
St Andrews Street is a quiet residential Street and our property will not come into view until you have reached the very end of the Street.
Launceston is also known for its one way Streets and some maps & GPS services do not always clearly label our Street, please do not hesitate to contact us as you arrive in Launceston for directions.
HOW TO GET HERE
From Launceston Airport
- Turn right from the Airport towards Launceston
- Take the Midland Highway towards Launceston from the roundabout
- After approx 10 minutes you should start coming down a hill and seeing Launceston
- At the first set of traffic lights, turn left
- Then immediately turn right into Maitland St
- Turn left into Frankland Street and up the hill
- St Andrews Street is the 2nd on the left
- Continue to the very end of St Andrews Street as our entrance is concealed
- You’ve arrived! Parking is available in multiple locations
Coming from Prospect
- Proceed towards Launceston on Westbury road until traffic lights at Wellington St.
- You come on to Wellington St at the Vet (there is a clock showing “Vet time, Pet time”)
- Turn left towards Launceston (north) and proceed to the 2nd set of lights at Howick St
- Turn left passing the Metro Bus station on the right
- Cross over the highway (southern outlet) and then immediately right into Maitland St
- Up the hill on Frankland Street and St Andrews is the second on the left
- We’re at the end of the Street and you are in the driveway before you see the property
Coming from Kings Meadows
- Proceed towards Launceston following Wellington Street
- Proceed to the 3rd set of lights at Howick St
- Turn left passing the Metro Bus station on the right
- Cross over the highway (southern outlet) and then immediately right into Maitland St
- Up the hill on Frankland Street and St Andrews is the second on the left
- We’re at the end of the Street and you are in the driveway before you see the property
Northern City Approaches
- The best approach is to find Margaret St
- Margaret St runs north to south, on the west side of the city and is the street nearest Penny Royal towards the City
- Proceed South along Margaret until the end of the Street at the new storm water construction
- Turn West (right ) up the hill on Frankland
- St Andrews St is the second on the left past Maitland Street
- We’re at the end of the Street and you are in the driveway before you see the property
