Luckily the weather has been amazing lately and the trend is set to continue this weekend. If you’re thinking about visiting Launceston, March is a great time to do it. The weather is hot but not overly so and there’s so many attractions throughout the city.
Elton John’s performance at the Silverdome in Launceston was nothing short of superb, awesome and almost overwhelming. He had a great support crew band singers. The lighting effects were great but most of all he did not stop for a break – nearly 3 hours of nonstop performance. Some of our guests of yesterday thoroughly enjoyed themselves and he filled the city’s accommodation. We cannot be too lavish in our praise for the Great Entertainer!
